Heyy :) Now I'm posting almost everyday.. But I have so much to write about and only 16 days left in Finland!! So I need to publish these posts now if I want to post them before I'm leaving...
Joten tosiaan 16 päivän päästä mä oon sitten matkalla aloittamaan mun vaihtovuotta Amerikassa. Mut sijoitettiin kirjaimellisesti keskelle Yhdysvaltoja, Nebraskan osavaltioon. Oon ihan tyytyväinen tähän sijoitukseen, vaikka en ees ennen tiennyt että tälläinen osavaltio on olemassa.. :D Ehkä just se tekeekin tästä mulle tosi mielenkiintoisen paikan, minne pääsyä mä ootan innolla! Nebraskassa mä meen n. 27,000 asukkaan kaupunkiin nimeltä Hastings! Yks mun tulevista host-siskoista kertoi mulle näin kuvaillessaan Hastingsia "The main thing you'll hear from a lot of people is there is a lot of cows and cornfields when you start going outside of towns" ( Thank you Amanda for the information if you are reading this!!<3). Siellä mä meen noin 1000 oppilaan kouluun nimeltä Hastings High School! Musta tulee senior vuosiluokan opiskelija yhdessä mun kahden tulevan host-siskon kanssa! Meidän vuosiluokalla on kuulemma noin 270 oppilasta, can't wait to get there!! :)
So in 16 days I will be starting my year in the USA. I got placed in the middle of USA to the state of Nebraska. I'm pretty excited to go there because I didn't know that there is a state of Nebraska. So I don't know anything about it but I think that's what makes going there so exciting!! In Nebraska I will be living in the city called Hastings. It's a city with 27,000 people. In Hastings I will be attending Hastings High School which has around 1000 students. I will be in the senior class with two of my host-sisters! In the senior class will be about 270 students, can't wait to be there!! :)
Tällä kertaa en jaksa kirjottaa pidempää postausta, koska en oikeesti tiiä paljoakaan aiheesta Nebraska... Ehkä mä teen uudestaan postauksen aiheesta, kun oikeesti tiiänkin jotain!
This time I won't write a long post because I really don't know what I could write about Nebraska... Maybe I'm going to make another post about Nebraska when I really know something to tell about it!
